Hello, We are looking for a clean and responsible roommate for one of our spacious rooms that is up for rent. Our home is a nice cottage in the Rye Brook neighborhood! You will be expected to share a bathroom with a female roommate. You will be also sharing other spaces such as the kitchen, fire place room, sun room and our gorgeous front yard. Parking spot and washer/dryer is included. The security deposit ($1,033) and the first month of rent ($1,033) is due on September 1st. Utilities not included! We are excited to meet you.
