The room comes fully furnished plus a smart TV and air conditioning, making it easy for you to move in. If you prefer, we can remove some items to accommodate your belongings. You'll be provided with a key to the front door of the home plus for your room for easy access to your room. However, we kindly request no smoking, excessive drinking, drug use, or pets in the house. We are looking for hardworking individuals seeking consistent and affordable housing. (This room is exclusively for a solo person, not to be shared by couples) Our location is conveniently close to Lincoln Park, situated on a dead-end street with available street parking. We're approximately one mile away from the MTA train station and just a minute's walk from the nearest bus station. To secure the room, we require the first month's rent and a security deposit, totaling $1950 for the move-in.
