Condominium Property Manager Location: Grand Rapids, MI Position Classification: Full-Time Regular Rockford is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Property Manager to oversee a high-profile condominium community. Rockford Property Managers are responsible for day-to-day operations, as well as all of the activities within resident administration, revenue management and fiscal planning. Key responsibilities include ensuring the property is well maintained, oversee monthly and annual condominium association meetings, community engagement, and responding to clients and residents in a timely/positive manner.
