About the Role We are hiring a General Manager in Training to join us in the early stage of our build out and launch. This is a unique opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a new dispensary and grow into the full General Manager role over the coming months. You’ll start in a flexible part-time role (10–15 hours per week) focused on training, local research, compliance prep, and build out support. Once we are ready to open our doors, this role will transition to full-time with salaried compensation and full operational responsibilities. This is not just a job—it’s a leadership path. You’ll become the face of the store, responsible for building the team, managing day-to-day operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and creating a best-in-class customer experience. Part time position available at modern and busy retail store. Responsibilities include cashiering, stocking, assisting customers, and upkeep of the store. Must be available on weekends. 21 and over please. Wine knowledge is a plus.
