Key Responsibilities Partner with customers and internal engineering teams to design bespoke automation and robotic welding solutions Develop detailed engineering drawings and lead design-review sessions Source vendor components, negotiate pricing, and manage delivery timelines Craft competitive, profitable sales proposals based on customer requirements Travel domestically and internationally to support customer installations and project kick-offs Requirements What You Bring 2-year engineering degree in a relevant field 3+ years of sales application engineering experience in factory automation 1+ year hands-on experience with industrial robots, robotic welding, electric motors/servos, and PLCs Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate technical concepts into customer-focused solutions Proven track record of building profitable proposals and closing complex projects Willingness to travel as needed
