A Sr. Manager of VAR Channel Sales is responsible for managing and supporting a team dedicated to Value-Add Resellers, achieving customer outcomes, and driving Annual Recurring Revenue goals. As a Manager of VAR Channel Sales, you will regularly connect with your team as well as partner cross-functionally with other teams and departments to provide support and ensure a seamless and exceptional customer experience. Primary Responsibilities Drive new relationships with print OEM channel partners Develop and execute the overall VAR channel sales strategy, including identifying key partners, setting revenue targets, and building strong relationships. Lead, coach, and develop a highly effective and productive Channels team while exemplifying the core values of the company. Manage and grow VAR channel partnerships, including recruiting, onboarding, and nurturing partners to maximize their sales potential. Support Channel Account Managers as they act as the main point of contact for existing customer renewals and provide exceptional customer service. Create strategic plans to achieve or exceed challenging sales goals and achieve customer outcomes. Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Managers, Product Management, Product Support, and Marketing to align strategies and goals for the VAR Channel team. Achieve or exceed both challenging personal and team goals and daily activity targets. Utilize CRM systems to track and manage sales activities, maintain accurate customer records, and report territory progress to management regularly. Own all team hiring needs and provide exceptional onboarding experience for new team members. Provide effective leadership and guidance to the VAR channel sales team, setting expectations, conducting performance evaluations, and fostering a high-performance culture. Drive process improvements and regularly seek out team member feedback. Continue to raise to Sr. level engagement within partners’ org Optimize sales coverage by aligning channel teams to Vasion team Optimize GTM based on coverage and available Vasion resource Ensure that Vasion has extreme velocity in all channel engagements Requirements Bachelor's degree in business or a related field. 8+ years experience in SaaS-related B2B sales or a similar industry. Experience as a manager of people, leading employees and teams. Experience using Salesforce CRM software. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding challenging sales quotas and goals. Ability to travel up to 10% of the time to meet with clients and attend industry events Preferred Qualifications Experienced in managing and prioritizing competing demands by assessing data and balancing business needs and prospect/customer experiences. Dedicated to continuous improvement and feedback, identifying and working through new iterations and improvements on a regular basis. Strong ability to organize, analyze, interpret, and disseminate information. Ability to think strategically, analyze market trends, and identify growth opportunities. Ability to make decisions, prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and keep stakeholders informed on progress. Results-driven mindset, with a passion for exceeding goals and driving revenue growth. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate value propositions and build relationships with decision-makers. Highly self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Strong business acumen and understanding of complex sales and business processes. Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
