Job Description Carlson is one of the largest retail cleaning companies in the Upper Midwest. We maintain over 250 properties in 10 states. Our headquarters is in White Bear Lake, MN, a northeast suburb of Saint Paul. We are looking for an Operations Supervisor to assist in managing multiple jobs in our Milwaukee, WI territory. This position requires travel (vehicle will be provided). Must be bilingual in both Spanish and English. We offer a casual working environment and the opportunity for rapid career growth. Position duties will include: Provide high level of customer service and account management to stores in an assigned district, taking all action necessary to ensure completion of required work, according to contract scope, company policy and direction of District Manager. Effectively manage and train work crews assigned to various locations, and take all actions necessary to keep proper staffing, including but not limited to advertising, training, budgeting, scheduling and progressive discipline/termination of all employees under his/her supervision.
