This per-diem role involves providing compassionate patient care across 12-hour shifts, focusing on rehabilitation, recovery, and patient/family education in a dynamic clinical environment. Key Responsibilities: Administer medications, treatments, and wound care under RN supervision. Monitor and document patient conditions, vital signs, and progress. Assist with care plan implementation and collaborate with RNs, therapists, and physicians. Educate patients and families on post-treatment care, medications, and recovery goals. Maintain accurate clinical records, including medication logs and shift reports. Ensure compliance with infection control, safety protocols, and facility policies. Provide emotional support and advocate for the patient's needs during rehabilitation. Requirements Qualifications: Education: Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
