Position Summary We are seeking a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to join a Review Company based in New Rochelle, NY as a Nursing Home Surveyor/Complaint Investigator. This full-time, contract role focuses on conducting nursing home surveys, investigating complaints, and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. Responsibilities Conduct nursing home surveys and complaint investigations, including those involving abuse or neglect Evaluate facilities’ compliance with state and federal regulations Draft Statements of Deficiencies (SOD) using the Principles of Documentation Review and assess corrective action plans for compliance Complete required data entry in state and federal reporting databases Participate in immediate jeopardy monitoring and state oversight activities Provide testimony in administrative hearings as needed Attend required meetings and adhere to DOH and IPRO schedules and policies Greenlife Healthcare Staffing Empowering Healthcare Professionals.
