As a Ground Level Technician, you’ll be an integral part of our team, supporting our client base from the ground level. Erlanger Window Cleaning | 3619 O Hara Rd, Erlanger, KY 41018 What You'll Do Effectively cleanse windows and glass surfaces using non-abrasive cleaning tools. Communicate with site contact before, during, and after completion of work, and retrieve customer endorsement on work order. Transport and set-up water-fed poles to clean windows of multi-story buildings, and subsequent breakdown of equipment. Effectively clean up after each job to ensure there is no residue or dirt left behind. Ensure that the company vehicle is clean, maintained, and adequately stocked with window cleaning supplies at all times. Attend weekly safety meetings. Who You Are You have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record. You have reliable transportation to/from work and job sites. You have a clean-cut appearance and able to adhere to our dress code. You are able to lift up to 60lbs. You are able to scale and utilize ladders from 5ft to 40ft in height (safety training provided). You are able to work both indoors and outdoors during variable weather conditions. You have excellent time-management skills. You adhere to high ethical standard. You work well in a team environment. You are professional with interpersonal and communication skills. Responsibilities: Monitor a large group of dogs indoors and outdoors, observing behavior, maintaining order, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the facility, including cleaning up after dogs, maintaining clean play areas inside and outside. Must have own transportation to commute to the facility. Available to work 30+ hours per week, including weekdays and possible weekends. Consistent schedule with morning shifts running from 7:00 am to 11:30 am and afternoon shifts from 1:30 pm to 5:30 pm, weekend shifts with 15% wage increase, potentially with extra shifts required at varying times. Operating hours span from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. Wage and Application Process: Starting wage $17 per hour (15% higher wage /hr on weekends), commensurate with experience.
