Start as a Shop Helper where you help measure, fabricate and pull materials for welders and fitters and load trucks for construction crews. You will also assist with building, assembling and fabricating parts in the shop. Requirements: Must be able to read a tape measure up to 1/16" and work with fractions. Lifting, Bending, Stooping, Climbing is required. These are physical positions.
