Join our team at TNT Creative Ventures, a locally owned and operated shipping and mailbox center! We offer a range of services including U-Haul rentals, mailbox rentals, Live Scan fingerprinting, and eBay sales. This is a fantastic opportunity for college students or anyone looking to earn extra income and grow with a small business. We provide full training for our mailbox, shipping, and U-Haul services. Position: Customer Service Representative eBay / Offer-Up Tasks Include: • Shipping and packing orders • Listing and maintaining items on eBay and Offer-Up • Organizing inventory • Supporting social media content • Researching items and pricing • Light computer and administrative work Mailbox / Shipping / U-Haul Responsibilities: • Greet and assist customers with shipping, packaging, and mailbox services • Process U-Haul rental transactions and manage vehicle pickups/returns • Handle Live Scan fingerprinting services (training provided) • Operate computer systems, POS, and relevant software platforms • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment • Assist with inventory and supplies • Provide friendly and professional communication in-person, via phone, and email Requirements: • Previous customer service or retail experience (preferred) • Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems • Friendly, outgoing, and professional attitude • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Weekend availability is a must • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented • Able to lift up to 30 lbs occasionally Interested?
