Looking to rent room out in nice clean safe neighborhood. I have a 3 bedroom 2 bath house in the Collet Quarry neighborhood in Rocklin. Im looking for someone male or female who works a 9-5 and can afford the $900.00 a month plus half of all the utilities. I offer your own bedroom & bathroom. Your own refrigerator, freezer, A/C, cable, Internet, laundry room, street parking, NO Cigarette smokers! No big drinkers! No pets! No children, No live in GF, or BF I like to keep things respectful and quiet. I expect that you keep your room and bathroom clean and organized, and showering daily with good hygiene is a must! I love cooking and sharing food occasionally. A little about me: Im a 41 year old male. I work in construction and own my own buisness. My work is seasonal so I'm either gone all the time, or I'm home relaxing during the off season. I am in a 3 year relationship with my girlfriend and she and her son occasionally visit on weekends. I like to keep a nice clean house and will expect you to do the same.
