That's why we schedule our drivers' 34-hour reset time at home. That way, all of our drivers get to be home and with their families each and every week. Vacation and Retirement Vacation time starts accruing after one full year of employment. One week vacation at one year of employment; two weeks of vacation at five years of employment; three weeks of vacation at 15 years of employment; four weeks of vacation at 20 years of employment. Qualifications Qualified DOT physical Minimum of two years over-the-road winter mountain driving experience is preferred. No more than two moving violations in a three-year period. No speed violations of 15 mph over posted speed limit in the past three years. Following too close citations. No chargeable accidents within the last two years except under unique circumstances. No convictions or deferment charges for alcohol or drugs within five years.
