Job Description DMG is seeking Carpenters / Cabinet Makers for fabricating custom cabinets, bar tops, and other misc millwork. The ideal candidate will have experience building custom, stain grade cabinetry. DMG also has a full finishing shop, where we apply paints, stains, and other finishes. Responsibilities • Use of power tools, saws, routers, etc. to fabricate parts for assembly into finished product • Reading of drawings and blueprints to identify needs of the finished item and ensure customer satisfaction • Attention to detail to ensure quality standards are maintained • Adherence to safety standards • Communicating with shop personnel to maintain coordination between jobs and priorities Desired Qualifications • Strength and ability to lift items over 50 pounds • Strong worth ethic with a good attitude and team spirit • A self-starter who is hardworking and willing to focus on what it takes to get the job done We offer a competitive pay based on experience and results

Collaborate with architects, surveyors, contractors, and government agencies. Coordinate with permitting agencies to obtain necessary approvals for design plans. Oversee the construction phase of projects, providing technical support and ensuring compliance with design specifications. Stay updated on industry best practices, new technologies, and regulatory changes. Mentor and guide junior engineers and design staff. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field Professional Engineer (PE) License strongly preferred.
