Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a strong understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities:  Review accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoice processing, posting cash receipts and collections.  Reconcile Bank and Credit Card Accounts.  Reconcile Accounts Payable and Receivable.  Reconcile Inter-Company accounts.  Review and process customer’s credit memos and refunds.  Review and research Customers credit application for approval by Accounting Manager and/or VP of Finance.  Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.  Perform other related duties as required to support the accounting department. Qualifications:  Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting principles and procedures GAAP  Experience working with ERP Systems and Microsoft Office Suite.  Experience with SAGE accounting software a Plus.  Knowledge of Inter-Company relationships.  Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.  Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.  Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with team members and external parties.
