To be successful in this role, you must have a great attitude and a strong work ethic. You will be trained from day one to become a branch manager in 3 to 5 months. During your training you will be making an average of $750-$1500/week with our Salary/Commission/Bonus structure. You will be challenged on a daily basis to become the leader you know you can be! Once you are trained, you will be able to hire, train, and maintain an elite sales force, order materials, schedule crews, and much more. Once you are promoted to Sales Manager, you will make $100,000 - $250,000 per year. As a Sales/Branch Manager trainee, you will have to be okay with making an average of $750-$1500/week during your 3-5 months of training. We work all over the metro atlanta area. Prefer contracts for each project but can start day/hourly to see how we work together. Must be in shape and able to work on ladders - nothing super crazy but we do a ton of soffit and fascia repairs plus chimneys. you must know how to make a weather cut with a multi tool and understand to back-prime and seal replacement wood so it does not rot again. If you live in the norcross area you might be able to ride with one of our guys. Must be able to make cuts with a multi-tool and be able to learn complicated sash repairs; Every day is different here. Our groups do everything from small handyman repairs, deck repairs and rebuilds, siding repairs, fascia, soffits, interior trims and repairs. You name it and OnDemand has done it.
