Requirements: 10+ years of professional automotive painting experience. PPG Certification required (I-CAR, BASF, Axalta, or Sherwin-Williams certifications are a plus). Proven ability to meet production deadlines without compromising quality. Strong attention to detail with excellent finishing skills. Union membership in good standing.
