The Project Manager will be responsible for Job Order Contracting Projects with various clients and the project team. Projects will be primarily with public agencies The Project Manager will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with repeat clients in Higher Ed, PK-12 Education, Municipal, and Recreation.   Assigned Responsibilities: This position is a managerial position responsible for contracts and/or work orders that reports to the General Manager. Represent and demonstrate the values of F.H. Paschen: tenacity, versatility, ingenuity and pride. Create a project team atmosphere of collaboration and teamwork amongst its members Responsible for client management for the assigned contracts Management of the team assigned to those contracts which will include Superintendents and depending on size Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers Responsible for the management of the entire contract from proposals to close out. Ability to take off quantities, develop price estimates using prescribed unit price catalogs, submit a complete proposal package and negotiate scope and price proposals with client. Responsible for the P/L of the contract Ability estimate, schedule, purchase Active participant in project quality and safety programs Collaborate with staff to provide alternative solutions for clients Collaborate and monitor Superintendent(s) performance on contracts and/or work orders Point of contact for project management staff, architects, subcontractors, owners, engineers and more Firm understanding of General Contracting and all divisions of work Create and maintain project cost and management reports Document and negotiate changes that may affect project completion or contract costs with subcontractors and owners Develop field quality assurance and quality control plan with Superintendent Collaboration of project safety plan with Superintendent(s) Responsible for managing MBE/WBE subcontracting requirements Responsible for EEO/Affirmative action contract requirements Other duties as assigned *Assigned responsibilities may include any or all the above Requirements B.S in Construction Management or Engineering and / or 5-10 years of construction experience. Well versed in Job Order Contracts Experience of various delivery methods, including Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build, CM@Risk is preferred. Experience in Higher Ed, PK-12 Education, Municipal, and Recreation markets is preferred. Experience in the aviation market is a plus. Ability to manage multiple projects and personnel simultaneously. Knowledge of construction, design, cost reporting and cash flow management. Computer skills in Microsoft Office, Blue Beam, Microsoft Project, CM14 and/or Procore Knowledge of Project Management, Scheduling, good communication and organizational skills are necessary. F.H. Training will start on: -Saturday 10/4 at 8 AM The substitute caregiver is needed to care for a 60 year-old paralyzed man, while his regular caregiver is on vacation. However, you would need to assist the patient whenever needed. During the day, the patient needs to be turned approximately 2-4 times. Overnight, the patient usually sleeps all night with no rotations. Patient has a quiet and easy-going personality. RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide full-time, live-in caregiving. A Registered Nurse (RN) will visit 3 times per week to manage medications and some toileting. The caregiver must be strong enough and able to turn the patient in bed in order to to prevent the patient from getting pressure sores. The patient has an ostomy for urine. The urine drains into a 2 liter (2L) bag on the side of the bed. You must empty this bag at least 2-3 times a day. A Registered Nurse (RN) usually changes the patient's urinary ostomy appliance. However, you must be able to change the ostomy appliance by yourself if needed. You will be trained on how to do this. The patient can also help provide some limited instructions to you on how to do this. The patient eats about 2-3 times per day and occasionally 1-2 snacks. The foods are in the refrigerator, freezer, or kitchen cabinets. If needed, the foods can be easily microwaved. BENEFITS: -$2,210 (17 days at $130 per day) -MUCH free time! -Your own private bedroom with 32 inch cable TV, walk-in closet, and bathroom -Access to entire home (kitchen, dining room, laundry, etc.). You must provide your own meals. There are numerous grocery stores, fast food places, and restaurants nearby. -Ideally, the new caregiver would be a homebody but would still have the freedom to occasionally go out, as long as sufficient advance notice is given to the patient. -The Ashburn metro station (on the Silver line) is approximately 10-15 minutes away from the patient's condo.
