The Manufacturing Project Manager will join a growing team of Engineering and Health & Safety professionals helping our customers reduce their work-related risk to quality, productivity and employee health. Responsibilities will include oversight and proactively ensure the successful implementation of engineering projects, particularly within technical or manufacturing environments. This includes coordinating diverse teams of stakeholders, necessitating the ability to organize, manage, control, and direct activities for projects effectively. The role involves leading status meetings with the project team, maintaining comprehensive project documentation such as project timelines, dashboards, and meeting minutes. Furthermore, the Project Manager will be expected to provide detailed status reports and present project progress to management as applicable. This person will bridge the gap between technical teams and project execution, using their engineering insight to foresee potential challenges and make informed decisions regarding resource allocation and risk mitigation. Successful candidates will have the following attributes: Background in project management Technical Fluency & Integration experience Experience with the integration of complex systems, such as plant floor systems, or other relevant technical integrations, is highly desirable. Technical understanding allows them to grasp project complexities and communicate effectively with engineering teams. Training will start on: -Saturday 10/4 at 8 AM The substitute caregiver is needed to care for a 60 year-old paralyzed man, while his regular caregiver is on vacation. IMPORTANT: Please note that although this job is labeled as "Full-Time" – if you're an experienced caregiver, then there will be a LOT of downtime. However, you would need to assist the patient whenever needed. The substitute caregiver must be strong enough to move the patient from one side of the bed to the other, in order to prevent pressure sores on the patient's skin. I've had many caregivers who were only a fraction of my weight, and they were able to easily move me from one side of the bed to the other – as long as they used correct nursing methods. During the day, the patient needs to be turned approximately 2-4 times. Overnight, the patient usually sleeps all night with no rotations. Patient has a quiet and easy-going personality. RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide full-time, live-in caregiving. A Registered Nurse (RN) will visit 3 times per week to manage medications and some toileting. The caregiver must be strong enough and able to turn the patient in bed in order to to prevent the patient from getting pressure sores. The patient has an ostomy for urine. The urine drains into a 2 liter (2L) bag on the side of the bed. You must empty this bag at least 2-3 times a day. A Registered Nurse (RN) usually changes the patient's urinary ostomy appliance. However, you must be able to change the ostomy appliance by yourself if needed. You will be trained on how to do this. The patient can also help provide some limited instructions to you on how to do this. The patient eats about 2-3 times per day and occasionally 1-2 snacks. The foods are in the refrigerator, freezer, or kitchen cabinets. If needed, the foods can be easily microwaved.
