The second room/bathroom is my office space, which I use up to 10 days a month when I’m in town for business. The price will be offset to accommodate this situation: Full rent is $2,249/mo. Water, trash, and 5g internet are included in this price. I will pay $565. Electric is the only bill and ranges from $40-$100/month, depending on ac/heater usage. The aesthetic is second-hand/sustainable maximalist so while it is colorful and comfortable, you won’t have to worry about wear and tear. If you have dog allergies this home may not be for you. No animals allowed unless ESA/service. In order to sublease you will need to fill out a simple rental form for the property manager for a background check (no credit check in this process).
