About the Role We’re seeking an experienced Lead Carpenter to take charge of residential remodeling projects. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll guide crews, work directly with clients and subcontractors, and ensure projects are completed with quality and efficiency. What You’ll Bring • Experience: 10+ years in residential remodeling, with at least 5 years as a Lead Carpenter, Project Manager, or Site Supervisor. • Skills: Expert frame-to-finish carpentry with knowledge of related trades.
