Crotty Services, Inc. is a family owned company that offers a full range of septic and sitework services. We are seeking hands-on individuals, who are eager to engage all aspects of the industry, from septic installation, equipment operation, site work, to pump and dump truck operation. Job duties for the Class A CDL Driver/Operator position include operating pump, dump and semi trucks, loading and unloading trucks, maintenance and inspection of trucks, and some installation nd service related task upon arrival at job sites. WARNING: this is not a purely "driving" position - CDL capabilities get us to the job site, then it's time to get the job done - everyone works a shovel at Crotty Services! Our pay rates are competitive and we want employees to grow within the company. We provide extensive on the job training in areas of light electrical, basic plumbing, equipment maintenance, general mechanics, and heavy equipment operation. Compensation rates increase rapidly with skill level and training. Employees also enjoy tips, bonuses, after hour charges, and commission.
