EXPERIENCED CARPENTER / REMODELER (Carmichael)

We do Kitchens , Bathrooms and whole house remodels and occasionally room additions. looking for a remodeling person. With residential remodeling experience. Preferred to have experience in Framing, finish carpentry, light plumbing and electrical, well rounded REMOLDING EXPERIENCE. Have full size Truck and Tools ( tools needed to do a remodel project ) PAY BASED ON EXPERIENCE a long-term job, with possibility for promotions and raises Steady year round work Self starter, motivated,( must be able access attic and under floor space's ) Must live in the Sacramento area We are a Sacramento area based home remodeling company, we are looking for a professional person that knows how to work in a home owner environment. Clean and has good communication skills A person that is organized and can get tasks done on time. we are NOT looking for delivery or project superintendents.
