Our work environment includes: Growth opportunities What We're Hiring For: CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR: THIS IS NOT AN OFFICE POSITION AND WILL REQUIRE ON SITE LOCATION WITH DAILY SUPERVISION, TRAINING, AND ROLE MODELING RESPONSIBILITIES. Looking for someone who is dependable and has own reliable transportation and willing to travel within a 1 hour radius of Fife Lake. Must have at least 3 years years of documented work experience as a Construction Supervisor. Leading by example is the preferred method for our company by someone who is humble and able to teach and learn. We want someone who is willing to work hard and do the work correctly and expeditiously. IOB is hoping to build into the community with providing affordable housing and a livable wage so the Neighbors we hire need to be dependable and dedicated to working for a greater purpose. We want Neighbors to work for us who are not under the influence of any drugs whatsoever but we do review backgrounds on a case by case basis. Job requires lifting and moving and bending and is quite physically demanding. We do roofing, siding, drywalling, framing, demolition..anything remodeling related as well as brand new home constructions. We are a new company and building up quickly. Pay is increased based on employee and company performance, not cost of living or yearly intervals. We do our best to promote from within based on skills, dedication, and actions. Pay is bi-weekly.
