Shore Management, a property management company in central San Diego, is looking for reliable, honest, and detail-oriented part-time or full-time individuals with experience cleaning vacation rentals, vacant homes, and offices/commercial properties. Must be self-motivated and able to stay productive while working unsupervised. Compensation & Schedule: $20 per hour 32–40 hours per week W2 employee Responsibilities: * Must be available to work seven days a week, averaging 32–40 hours weekly * Clean the company office on a weekly basis * Clean and maintain property common areas, laundry rooms, stairwells, balconies, and patios * Perform deep cleaning of vacant apartments, homes, vacation rentals, offices, and commercial properties: - Clean, fold, and restock linens, as well as provide general turnover service for vacation rentals - Thoroughly clean all types of flooring with proper products - Clean windows, blinds, and screens - Clean appliances and cabinets inside and out - Clean fan blades and light fixtures - Sweep out garages - Operate a pressure washer * Communicate with supervisor regarding any extra cleaning or maintenance needed Requirements: * Clean driving record * Valid CA driver’s license * Prior property cleaning experience * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. * Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. * Ability to read, write, communicate, and follow instructions in English Benefits (Full-Time Employees): * Paid Time Off * 50% employer contribution for Health, Dental, Vision, AD&D, and Life insurance (after 60 days) * 401(k) eligibility after 1 year of full-time work To Apply: Please email your work history to jobs@shoremanagement.com if interested. Knowledge Requirements: Strong computer skills. Proficient in working with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Must be detail oriented and possess strong organizational skills. Federal law as it pertains to HR. Knowledge of Indian history, culture and politics a plus. Physical: Typically requires sitting for extended periods of time. Lifts and moves objects on occasion weighing up to 25 pounds. Primarily an indoor office environment.
