Parttime position consisting of facility care and maintenance. Clubhouse & grounds cleaning in a 300+ lot Homeowners Association. Handyman/Maintenance experience is a plus. 30 hours a week, Monday through Friday, daytime schedule can be somewhat flexible. Must have reliable transportation, able to take direction, be self motivated and good with customer interaction. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
