We are urgently hiring a Environmental Technician. This candidate will be working on construction sites throughout Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Rhode Island. (Company Truck Available). They will be a responsible, self-sufficient, and energetic member of the team, focused on completing field tasks, including the operation and maintenance of remediation systems, along with sampling of environmental media. Essential Duties: - Assistance with site remediation system operations and maintenance activities - Inspecting equipment to evaluate remedial system performance and identify possible malfunctions - Perform maintenance on system components to ensure or restore proper operation and compliance -Collect samples from monitoring wells, collect stormwater samples, collect soil and gas samples. Oversee day to day operations of a 36-unit condominium building in Mid-Cambridge neighborhood, just outside Harvard Square.
