Monument Roofing of Colorado is looking for a Class A CDL Driver. Local Truck Driver Responsibilities: -Safely transporting goods to and from specified locations according to company delivery schedules. -Maintaining an accurate logbook of driving activities, detailing the number of hours worked, deliveries completed, and rest periods. -Liaising with Superintendent and Job Foreman to communicate any Material issues and/or delays. -Properly secure goods to ensure that they are not damaged in transit. -Assisting in the loading and unloading of Truck, using hand trucks and forklifts as required. -Notifying management of any accidents, parking tickets, vehicle damage, and major maintenance issues. -Ensuring that the company truck is clean and well-maintained at all times. -Basic mechanical knowledge of truck maintenance Local Truck Driver Requirements: -High school diploma or GED. -Class A commercial driver's license (CDL). -Proven experience driving trucks. -A clean driving record. -Sound knowledge of road safety regulations. -The ability to utilize GPS and local road maps. -The ability to operate hand trucks and electric lifts, or forklifts. (Training available) -Effective communication skills. -Punctual and reliable. Work hours will vary depending on Jobsite location, weather and various jobsite conditions. -This position is local. Driver would be based out of Colorado Springs. Driver would load material at our warehouse in Colorado Springs and deliver to Jobsites. Driver would also assist with picking up product at suppliers and delivering to Jobsite or Warehouse. Employee would also help in getting materials ready in the warehouse and keeping warehouse organized. Must be willing to help load and unload the truck, assist in the warehouse as needed. We are a company that is headquartered in Florida for over 30 years. We have marketing campaigns in many cities and The City of Albuquerque is brand new to us! What I need is for someone to check up on the inventory we have in storage there, and report that information back to the corporate office. We have "Bahamas Vacation" official registration locations around the area in local Shopping malls. I need someone to stop by these locations, and make sure the registration stand is in good working order. In most cases they would just need a little TLC. Each locations registration stand should be: * Wiped down clean * Make sure there is a working pen attached to each stand * Make sure there are enough blank entry cards for the customers to fill out * Retrieve all the filled out entry cards from each location * Mail them to our corporate office in Florida An average day should not take more than 6 hours. I cannot express how important it is to us that you take pride in helping us out. That is why we are willing to pay around $20/hr for your assistance. The pay is $120/day plus full reimbursement for all of your expenses. This is by far the easiest $120/day you will ever make. 1 day a week....approximately 6 hours a day or until the job is finished.
