Responsibilities: End-to-end Solution testing for a given Customer requirement or customer topology. Deal with customers, understanding their requirements, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Work on customer issues, troubleshoot, reproduce in house and track to the closure. Explore new applications in the hospitality industry, such as MDU/UC/POS/Hotel, etc. In-depth analysis of RMA products with common problems. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electronic engineering, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in network products developing or Level 3 technical support Thorough comprehension of fundamental networking protocols, including TCP, STP, ARP, Ethernet, OSPF, etc. Fundamental understanding of and hands-on experience with network technologies including firewalls, content filters, routing/switching, VLANs, 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax wireless networks. Strong problem analysis and solving skills. Familiar with network protocol layers and how to use network analyzers such as WireShark, EtherReal, OmniPeek. Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to effectively collaborate with different teams. Additional Skills (Preferred): Experience with Python, TCL-TK, Java scripting. CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, CWNA & other network certification. Familiar with L3 switches or OLT products.
