Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour POSITION: Restaurant Team Member (Part-Time) We’re a fast-paced, hands-on restaurant looking for a reliable and motivated team member to join our crew. This is a flexible, part-time position where you’ll be doing a bit of everything—from customer service to kitchen work—so being proactive and efficient is key. Proven restaurant experience is required. RESPONSIBILITIES - Take customer orders and provide excellent service with a positive attitude. - Maintain a clean, stocked, and welcoming dining room. - Assist in food preparation and kitchen operations, including operating fryers. - Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation of food at all times. - Ensure all orders are completed within 15 minutes. - Conserve supplies and ingredients; avoid waste. - Flexible and willing to help with all aspects of restaurant operations (wash dishes, take out garbage, clean restrooms, etc.). - Complete closing duties before the end of shift (wipe tables, restock, clean bathrooms, clean kitchen, etc.). - Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and complete them efficiently within the same day. - Stay proactive and consistently busy—there’s always something to do, even during slow periods. - Hustle & Speed: Complete all tasks on same day. - Be able to manage the restaurant independently when needed (must be 18+). REQUIREMENTS - Proven restaurant experience in both customer service and food preparation. - Knowledge of safety and food handling standards (handwashing, avoiding cross-contamination, hygiene procedures). - Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. - Effective communication skills in English with customers and team members. - Reliable transportation for scheduled shifts (and occasional emergency call-ins). SHIFT DETAILS Part-time position; ideal for someone seeking supplemental income.
