Mission Briefing: Operatives must be prepared to engage in both culinary and service duties. Mastering tomato sauce operations is essential, along with handling high-pressure food prep, frontline transactions, and tactical guest interaction. Primary Objectives: Prepare and execute food operations, including sauce mastery. Deploy meals to operatives in the field (our guests) with precision. Maintain full operational readiness of stations, supplies, and tools. Execute transactions with flawless accuracy. Defuse and resolve customer issues swiftly and professionally. Collaborate with squad members to ensure mission success. Adhere to health, safety, and Company protocols at all times. Qualifications for Clearance: Cooking and food prep skills required (sauce proficiency a must). Prior cashier or service deployment experience preferred. Tactical communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to remain calm in fast-paced, high-pressure missions. Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and varied shifts.
