Delta Distributors   Route Driver Brighton, MI   Bread route drivers needed to safely and efficiently deliver bread to Metro-Detroit suburb hotels, establishments, and restaurants. Schedule is 5 days a week Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday. Guaranteed 2 days off Wednesday and Sunday. Responsibilities include: - Loading & Unloading Truck - Handling bread products - Using POS system for billing - Delivering to accounts - Maintaining friendly and professional relationships - Lifting 50 to 100lbs - Driving safely - Be able to pass medical DOT exam Applicant must have a high school diploma, chauffeurs license, and a clean license for 2+ years. Trium Wines tasting room is where our customers not only discover excellent wine, but an entire tasting experience. We are a boutique winery that has produced award winning wines for over 20 years. This position requires excellent communication skills with management, customers, and other staff as well as the ability to converse easily with both experienced and inexperienced visitors. Position may also be responsible for assisting with special events held both onsite and offsite and includes weekends and some holidays. We operate in a safe and healthy environment. Role: Conduct sales and provide hospitality in the tasting room. Represent Trium Wines professionally and educate guests on wines, vineyards and winery history. Interact with guests in a warm, professional, and enthusiastic manner. Maintain an inviting and clean environment (kitchen, indoor, outdoor areas and restroom.) Perform opening and closing procedures. Assisting in all functions of wine sales including tastings, bottle sales, and wine club signups. Preparation of basic food items. Requirements: Must be able to operate POS system. Good record keeping skills, Lift and carry average weight of 40 lbs. Past wine tasting room experience preferred but not necessary. Knowledge of wine production and/or experience in food/beverage industry helpful. Must possess or be able to obtain OLCC alcohol server and food handler’s permits at time of hire. Must pass criminal background check. Computer skills are a plus. A successful candidate will be someone who is outgoing, genuinely interested in others, is an excellent listener, and enjoys interacting with our guests. This position requires working independently without significant direction or supervision and can train and manage staff as needed. Effective communication both verbal and written with customers, management and outside vendors. Candidate must be able to provide excellent customer service and work in a fast paced environment. To be able to represent Trium Wines, you must act in a professional, gracious and enthusiastic manner while following all appropriate policies and procedures. Position is part time (15-20 hours).
