Bookkeeper & Office Manager (LYNNWOOD)

Bookkeeper & Office Manager Italian Custom Cabinets, a leading custom cabinet manufacturer in Lynnwood, WA, is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Bookkeeper & Office Manager to join our team. This position combines bookkeeping, payroll, and office management responsibilities to keep our operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Bookkeeping & Financials Enter bills, assign costs to jobs, and process payments. Maintain accurate financial records and allocate expenditures to proper accounts. Reconcile bank accounts and credit cards monthly. Manage weekly invoicing, contractor payments, and deposits. Prepare job-specific P&L and balance sheet reports. Support year-end tax preparation and work with CPA/tax professionals. Keep track of company inventory. Manage all bookkeeping through QuickBooks Online. Payroll Collect and review employee timesheets; run biweekly payroll. File and pay monthly/quarterly liabilities (L&I, Employment Security, WFMLA, DOR, health insurance, etc.). Onboard new hires (W-4, I-9, direct deposit) and maintain personnel files. Subcontractor Management Manage subcontractor paperwork, including compliance documents. Keep subcontractor records updated in QuickBooks Online and project files. Administrative & Office Management Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems. Manage office emails and accounts as needed. Coordinate with leadership and external accountants for reporting and planning. Provide general office and administrative support. Qualifications Proven experience in bookkeeping and office management. Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online, Excel, and payroll systems. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines. Ability to communicate effectively with subcontractors, employees, and agencies. Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently. Why Join Us?
