We are currently in search of a reliable Drivers to transport 1-4 Adults with special needs to and from their day program. We have 2 Northshore positions available to be filled. You must be available in the morning from 7:00am to 9:00am and from -2:30pm to 4:30pm, Monday thru Friday, additional hours available on occasion. MINIMUM Qualifications include: A MASSACHUSETTS DRIVER LICENSE A Clean Driving Record (minimum Step 1 or below) Driving: 7 years. (Preferred) Must have a valid Massachusetts license Excellent customer service skills. Clean driving record. Comply with company policies and procedures. Please let us know if you have ever worked for another company. If you have, we need to check the database to make sure that you are cleared to drive. Must have a solid knowledge of Boston and the surrounding area. Have the ability to pass a pre-employment drug test, background CORI check, SORI check and fingerprinting (finger printing is $45 out of pocket cost which is reimbursed after 30 business days) If you quit before the 30 day mark this fee will not be reimbursed Must be CPR/AED/FIRST AID certified with a valid certificate valid for 2 years . Can be obtained for ($17.96 not reimbursed) Must have off street parking ( a safe place off the street to park vehicle in case or any snow emergency) you will be taking a company vehicle home daily Must be able to obtain medical clearance form from your doctor stating you are physically able to perform your duties as a driver with no restrictions. This letter will be required as soon as hired.
