This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic, hands-on manufacturing environment where precision is at the core of what we do. Key Responsibilities: • Set up and operate all manual machines to produce tooling, gages, and production components. • Machine precision components to exacting tolerances and dimensions. For intricate parts (lengths ranging from 0.25” to 4.00”; material thickness from 0.002” to 0.063”) with tight tolerances (+/- 0.002” to +/- 0.010”). • Design and manufacture both hard and soft tooling for multiple departments using tool room equipment such as surface grinders, lathes, and mills. • Set up and operate Punch Press or Kick Presses machines. • Perform First Article Inspections and verify parts using precision measuring instruments. • Interpret prints, sketches, and engineering specifications to determine operations, sequence, and setup. This assignment is expected to last at least twelve weeks prior to converting direct hire. The role reports onsite five days per week. An associates or bachelors in finance, accounting or similar field of study. Previous experience working with Peachtree/Sage 50, or similar accounting software required. Proficiency in MS Office Suite with knowledge of Excel, and strong abilities in 10-key. Strong time management skills with sharp attention to detail. Must possess a high level of professionalism, and ability to support a fast-paced environment and prioritize scope of work as needed.
