Job Title: Driver & Event Equipment Setup Crew Member Location: Tucker, Ga Job Type: Full-Time Company Overview: We are a fast-paced event rental company providing tables, chairs, tents, and other equipment for weddings, festivals, corporate events, and more. We're seeking reliable, hard-working individuals to join our team as Drivers & Event Equipment Setup Crew Members. Position Summary: As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving company vehicles (including 16’ and 26’ box trucks) and assisting with the delivery, setup, and breakdown of event rental equipment at various client locations. This is a physically demanding role that requires stamina, flexibility, and a customer-service mindset. Key Responsibilities: Safely operate 16’ and 26’ box trucks to transport event rental equipment to and from client sites. Load, unload, and set up event equipment including (but not limited to) tables, chairs, tents, stages, and flooring. Follow delivery schedules and instructions while ensuring timely and accurate delivery/setup. Work as part of a team to install tents and event infrastructure safely and efficiently. Provide excellent customer service on-site with a professional and positive attitude. Maintain cleanliness and organization of trucks and warehouse as needed. Work in a variety of weather conditions, including rain, heat, and cold. Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies. Training: No prior setup experience is required — we provide on-the-job training to teach you how to safely and efficiently set up all of our equipment. Requirements: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Proven experience driving box trucks (16' and 26'). Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs repeatedly throughout the day. Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-player attitude. Work Schedule: Typical hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Extended hours, overtime, evenings, and weekends are required during busy event seasons.
