-Hiring for a dishwasher/porter position -Full time, 5 days -9 hour shifts

Expanding Caribbean and Soul Food Restaurant is seeking an experienced driver to work on Foodtruck. Food handling experience helpful as well. Must have Drivers License (with a clean record) and Food protection license preferred! Strong customer service skills absolutely necessary for the position which requires constant interaction with the public to generate required daily sales volume. Must be a people person to succeed in this role. Position requires long periods of time on your feet serving customers and soliciting sales. Responsibilities Execute menu items to our standard with attention to detail, procedure, presentation, and timing. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and efficiency on your station during service. Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth service and communication. Uphold food safety standards and sanitation practices. Contribute to a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and respect among coworkers. Qualifications Steakhouse experience preferred but not required. 2-3 years of line cook experience in a high volume restaurant. Strong knife skills and knowledge of cooking techniques (grilling, sauteing, frying, and pantry) Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain composure Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
