Requirements: Proven experience as a chef in a catering, restaurant, or similar high-volume kitchen environment. Strong culinary skills with expertise in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation for diverse events. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards (ServSafe certification or equivalent preferred). Experience managing inventory and ordering supplies efficiently. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and team coordination. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by event schedules. Culinary degree or relevant training preferred but not required.
