Full Time Drivers: Start at $26.00 per hour (up to $28.00 per hour)* Part Time Drivers: Start at $25.50 per hour (up to $27.50 per hour)* * Included in this rate is a $1.50 per pay hour monthly performance bonus which is earned through several areas (idling, speed, bus damage, etc.). After 1 year of service the per hour pay rate increases by $0.50. Then after 2 years of service the per hour pay rate increases by an additional $0.50. Then after 5 years of service the per pay rate increases by an additional $1.00. The Facts: Our top Full Time Drivers who invested 5+ years of service make over $85,000 per year and if you climbed aboard with us as a Part Time driver (mid-week availability a must) who works just 2-days per week, they could make at least $25,000 per year!
