$700 Room for rent in Acton with Access to the Rest of the House

I have an extra bedroom with a full bathroom across the hall. I currently have a bed and brand-new mattress as well as a dresser but it can be taken out if you have your own furniture. You would have access to the kitchen, living room and laundry. I love the neighborhood I live in. It is great for walking and riding your bike. I feel very safe in the neighborhood. It is within 5 minutes of anything you need, gas, groceries, restaurants and more. I am a very clean person, I sweep at least once if not 2 times a week, scoop the yard and keep things picked up. There is a small back porch and a pond just behind the house. I am divorced and find it is hard to live like I want to and be single. I am gone a lot! I am an elementary teacher.
