$650 Room for Rent (Redding)

Room for rent, Looking for someone who is clean, doesn't smoke and cleans up after themselves. No couples or pets. I have 2 small dogs of my own. The room is currently unfinished. A dresser can be available if wanted. You must have a job and transportation; i won't be driving you around. Rent is $650 this includes all utilities and internet. $650 security deposit and first months rent due at move in.
