Full Time Drivers: Start at $26.00 per hour (up to $28.00 per hour)* Part Time Drivers: Start at $25.50 per hour (up to $27.50 per hour)* * Included in this rate is a $1.50 per pay hour monthly performance bonus which is earned through several areas (idling, speed, bus damage, etc.). After 1 year of service the per hour pay rate increases by $0.50. Then after 2 years of service the per hour pay rate increases by an additional $0.50. The Facts: Our top Full Time Drivers who invested 5+ years of service make over $85,000 per year and if you climbed aboard with us as a Part Time driver (mid-week availability a must) who works just 2-days per week, they could make at least $25,000 per year! We are looking for a renovation crew with experience remodeling church sanctuaries. Our project will involve removing church pews and underlayment subfloor and carpet and installing wood floors and reinstalling the existing pews. The church is approximately 2,500 square feet, so a large crew is not required, but care must be taken in handling the existing pews and remaining church structure and furniture.
