We're a small, family wine shop and in addition to guiding customers to good bottles of wine, we spend much of the day engrossed in normal retail endeavors: stock work--"house-keeping", re-stocking bins and floor-stacks, filling the beer cooler-- gift-wrapping packages, sweeping the floor, washing wine glasses in the tasting room, running the cash register/P-O-S system, etc. We also taste lots of wines during the course of the week in hopes of discovering some new gems which are worthy of our recommendation.
