We're a small, family wine shop and in addition to guiding customers to good bottles of wine, we spend much of the day engrossed in normal retail endeavors: stock work--"house-keeping", re-stocking bins and floor-stacks, filling the beer cooler-- gift-wrapping packages, sweeping the floor, washing wine glasses in the tasting room, running the cash register/P-O-S system, etc. We also taste lots of wines during the course of the week in hopes of discovering some new gems which are worthy of our recommendation. You will have a chance to taste a bunch of interesting wine! Prospective candidates should have a passion for and working knowledge of wine. We feature good wines from the West Coast, Europe, South America, South Africa, Australia and New Zealand. We also feature top distilled spirits and beers.
