They are high quality and reliable, and are constructed from welded steel with an aluminum gantry. This insures that the tables are solid and the gantry is rigid while remaining light. These tables are commercial grade and ready to work. The tables and gantries are manufactured on site and built to professional standards. They use stepper or servo motors and precision motor controllers. We use S3CNC controls and operating software and include the operating computer with each machine. We are distributor for Vectric software such as V-Carve pro and Aspire. They come plug and play. Set it up, level it and plug it in and it is ready to use. The cnc routers come with operating manuals and we have phone support to get you up and running. We believe they are easy to use and anybody can begin learning and using them almost immediately. These machines have a cutting capacity of 1 inch over their respective table size x 6" z travel. The z travel can be increased or reduced per customer needs. We use spindles instead of routers for the cutting motors. Spindles are controlled by a variable frequency drive and can be dialed in to the exact speed for the material you are cutting. This is important for finish and longevity of tools. They are also very quiet. We use 2.2kw(3hp) and nema 34 stepper motors as my basic model. We use Stepper 3 control boxes for machine movement.
