Two female rats - pets

Im looking for a home for two female rats. One (in the front in the pictures) is super friendly. The other is more skittish and will bite. Friendly one is good with everyone including kids. Does not come with cage. Just the rats and the remainder of their food. Located in Bedford, IN but will be in Clarksville, IN area this weekend
