Need help tree removal (Universal City)

ISO pro bono tree removal service. I have a very large tree in my backyard that is decaying at the base. I’ve already had a limb fall on to my roof this past week and should the tree fall it would cause serious damage to mine or my neighbors house. I’m hoping that a licensed, insured, and bonded professional will be able to help me out at no cost. In the past year I’ve had several health issues and financial setbacks combined with a loss of job so I will not be able to pay for this unfortunately.
