We are seeking experienced Commercial Roofers to join our team as a leader. PLANNING & FORESIGHT - How well can you avoid bottlenecks of manpower, coordination, material, or equipment. OWNER RELATIONSHIPS - How well do you communicate progress, expectations, and needs to the owner to assure they are in the loop and also feel engaged in the project to maintain their comfort. We are looking for a renovation crew with experience remodeling church sanctuaries. Our project will involve removing church pews and underlayment subfloor and carpet and installing wood floors and reinstalling the existing pews. The church is approximately 2,500 square feet, so a large crew is not required, but care must be taken in handling the existing pews and remaining church structure and furniture.
