Hello! I am looking for someone reliable and who loves cats to help out this very amazing guy that rescues cats and has a little mini sanctuary for them. He rescued 30+ cats. He takes care of them so EXTREMELY well. He goes above and beyond for them. He’s older, and just needs help cleaning litterboxes, sweeping, changing water, brushing/playing with the cats etc. I try to help as much as I can but I get extremely busy. And now I am having to take care of some health issues amongst my family members. He really needs help whenever I am not able to. And when I take off for vacation. If anyone would be willing to take up Saturdays and Sundays that would be awesome. Even Friday’s if anyone is willing. This would help me out a lot. But of course if not, it would still be great just to have someone there to help when I can’t. Usually I stay 2 and a half hours. And he pays $10 an hr. So $25 each time you come. Evenings are preferred, 6-8:30pm but can be flexible on times. He lives on Dickson Rd. In Cedar Grove, IN. Near Mt. Carmel. Full Time Drivers: Start at $26.00 per hour (up to $28.00 per hour)* Part Time Drivers: Start at $25.50 per hour (up to $27.50 per hour)* * Included in this rate is a $1.50 per pay hour monthly performance bonus which is earned through several areas (idling, speed, bus damage, etc.). After 1 year of service the per hour pay rate increases by $0.50. Then after 2 years of service the per hour pay rate increases by an additional $0.50. Then after 5 years of service the per pay rate increases by an additional $1.00. The Facts: Our top Full Time Drivers who invested 5+ years of service make over $85,000 per year and if you climbed aboard with us as a Part Time driver (mid-week availability a must) who works just 2-days per week, they could make at least $25,000 per year! This is an excellent opportunity for a semi-retired individual to make some additional income. Please keep in mind: • You get paid while you sit waiting for your group (pre-trip to post-trip each day). • You get paid a guaranteed minimum set of hours per day when working. • The Company provides a cash meal allowance which ranges from $0-$30 for a day trip, $40 per day for overnights, and $50 per day (or overnight) when visiting a major city (ex. NYC, DC, Boston). • You have the potential to earn additional gratuities. Additional Benefits Specific to Full Time Drivers: • Company pays $750 monthly towards a Single Health Insurance Policy (BCBS Insurance). • Dental Insurance. • Vision Insurance. • After 6 months, you become eligible for paid holidays (including your birthday). • After 6 months, you become eligible for paid vacation and it increases in quantity of hours/days at the 1 year, 2 years, and 8 years of service anniversary • Company matching IRA Retirement. • All employees receive a free $15,000 Life Insurance Policy.
