The IHTC is a not-for-profit program based in Indianapolis and offers a competitive salary and benefit package. IHI is the only federally designated comprehensive hemophilia program in Indiana, and serves the entire state through services available in Indianapolis and outreach programs and clinics. IHI is a leader in hemophilia care, education and clinical research and has a dedicated on-site multidisciplinary staff to assure availability of the wide range of required services. The IHI adult medical program serves a broad based population with an extensive array of benign hematologic conditions and has a small but growing hematologic malignancy and solid tumor oncology program. Our team of providers includes 21 full-time physicians (9 pediatric hematologists, 9 adult hematologists, 1 internist, 2 hospitalists) and 22 APP staff members. Clinical responsibilities for the Adult Hematologist include care of an outpatient panel and inpatient consultative hematology services. Resident and fellow teaching opportunities are available. IHI participates in national and international clinical research, including new infusion products and therapies, investigation of long-term outcomes, and the impact of associated conditions. The IHI research program provides patients access to new therapies, and an opportunity to improve care. Our organization has over 50 clinical research projects involving bleeding disorders, sickle cell disease and thrombosis. Position Description: As an Expert Aesthetic Provider at Skin Clique, you will deliver treatments directly to patients at their homes or other preferred settings, following our established safety protocols and best practices. Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) Master's Degree from an accredited NP or PA program Current BLS or ACLS certification Auto-Insurance Coverage Availability to dedicate 10+ hours per week to growing your Skin Clique practice Commitment to complete Skin Clique training and demonstrate safe, effective administration of treatments Proficient fine motor skill for performing procedural treatments Preferred experience in patient acquisition Capability to work independently while also collaborating seamlessly with other Skin Clique providers Positive, friendly, and energetic attitude Motor Skills Requirement: Candidates must possess adequate motor function to physically interact with patients, such as assessing anatomy and physiology to determine appropriate dosage and treatment plans. They must be able to perform motor tasks necessary for delivering general aesthetic care and emergency interventions, such as first aid or CPR. Additionally, candidates must be able to carry out the motor movements required for aesthetic injections and procedures, which involve coordination of fine motor skills, and effective use of both touch and vision.
