Sort through cluttered spaces, identifying salvageable items and separating them from the junk pile. Provide exceptional customer service, interacting with clients courteously and professionally. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring that junk removal sites are left spotless upon completion. This includes knowledge of their scope of work and continuous assessments of their progress and performance. PLANNING & FORESIGHT - How well can you avoid bottlenecks of manpower, coordination, material, or equipment. Use look ahead schedules and thorough documentation to assure you are prepared ahead of time as each task arises. OWNER RELATIONSHIPS - How well do you communicate progress, expectations, and needs to the owner to assure they are in the loop and also feel engaged in the project to maintain their comfort. Our project will involve removing church pews and underlayment subfloor and carpet and installing wood floors and reinstalling the existing pews.
